Director’s Report 2021/22

If the website has gone a little quiet it’s because I’m happy to report that Operability has had a busy year.

This year we have:

• Project managed development of Human Factor (HF) training for maritime vessel inspectors

• Designed and built HF guidance, communication materials and training for companies, officers and ship crews in the supertanker sector

• Written the human factor policy for a government defence organisation

• Chaired a summit meeting of international industry bodies to agree human factor principles and priorities for working together

• Spoken on human performance at company and industry body events.
  

Thanks to everybody we have worked with on these projects. Operability is all about collaboration, and together we are making a difference and supporting people to be successful.
